Ingredients

- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Sauce:
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
- For the Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine, penne, or pasta of your choice
- Salted water, for boiling
