Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your favorite)
- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- 4-5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but highly recommended)
- Juice of half a lemon (for that fresh zing!)
