Ingredients:
500g ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
100g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
8 slices of bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Divide the meat into small portions, about the size of a golf ball.
Stuff with Cheese: Flatten each portion of meat into a thin patty. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and fold the meat around the cheese, sealing it inside. Shape into a ball.
Cook the Burgers: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the stuffed meatballs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the cheese inside is melted.
Assemble: Top each burger bite with a piece of crispy bacon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
