Beef Ranch Tater Tot Casserole


2. Make the Sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix until well incorporated.

3. Assemble the Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Arrange the tater tots on top in a single, even layer.

4. Bake

  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Return the casserole to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
