Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables in Savory Sauce


Instructions

1. Prepare the Beef

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

2. Mix the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and broth.
  2. Set aside.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.
