Instructions
1. Prepare the Beef
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. Mix the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and broth.
- Set aside.
3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
