Cabbage with eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage:
  • Wash the cabbage, then cut it into thin slices or shred it. Set it aside.
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic:
  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil (or butter) over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  1. Cook the cabbage:

  • Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking (soft or fully set).
  1. Serve:
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for a pop of color and flavor.
