Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat Your Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet to prevent sticking.
2. Cook the Bacon
Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place them on a paper towel to drain the excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
3. Prepare the Spinach
- If using fresh spinach, sauté it in the same skillet with a bit of the leftover bacon grease until wilted.
- For frozen spinach, ensure it’s thawed and completely drained to avoid adding excess moisture to the dip.
