Cheesy Potato Bake with Bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the potatoes in the baking dish, pouring the cream mixture evenly over them.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella (or cheddar) and Parmesan over the potatoes. Add the crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Add the remaining cheese over the bacon layer for extra gooeyness.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
