- Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Add ½ cup of Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth. Set aside.
- Layer the lasagna:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, start with a thin layer of the sauce at the bottom.
- Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
- Top with shredded chicken, a few slices of ham, and slices of Swiss cheese.
- Add a bit of sauce and repeat the layers until you’ve used all the ingredients, ending with a layer of noodles.
- Top and bake:
- Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the lasagna.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Final touch:
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
