  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef:
  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  1. Stir-Fry the Beef:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften and caramelize.
  1. Combine and Finish Cooking:
