Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Delight


Ingredients

For the Pasta Delight:

  • 12 oz (340 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a flavor kick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Beef and Bacon

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess grease.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
