3. Make the Cheese Sauce
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Add the shredded Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
4. Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and stir to coat evenly.
- Mix in the crumbled bacon, reserving a small amount for garnish.

- Sprinkle the reserved bacon and a little extra Parmesan on top.
