3. Mix the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
4. Shape the Bites
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and form it into a small ball or patty. Place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the mini muffin tin.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture, leaving a little space between each bite to allow for even browning.
5. Bake the Bites
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are golden and crispy on the outside.
- If you’d like them extra crispy, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping an eye on them to avoid burning.
6. Serve and Garnish
- Once the bites are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of extra cheese if desired, then serve warm.
