Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom or cream of cheddar soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
