Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes.

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Crockpot:
  • Lightly grease the crockpot with non-stick spray or olive oil.
  1. Season Chicken and Potatoes:
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the potato mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  1. Cook:
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender, and the potatoes are soft.
  1. Serve:
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot!
