Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/4-inch thick, so they cook evenly in the crockpot. Peel them if desired, or leave the skin on for extra texture and nutrients.
  2. Dice the ham into small, bite-sized pieces if it’s not already pre-cut.
  3. Chop the onion finely, so it becomes tender as it slow cooks.

Step 2: Make the Cheese Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine the condensed soup and milk, whisking until smooth.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, a little salt, and some pepper to taste. The sauce should be creamy and well-seasoned, as it will coat all the ingredients.
