1. Prepare the Filling
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove the skillet from heat.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Set aside.
2. Assemble the Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch them together to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
