Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs



Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon and remove the skillet from heat.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Set aside.

2. Assemble the Bombs

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each piece of dough.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch them together to seal. Roll into a ball shape.
