Garlic-Parmesan Infused Chicken Pasta


Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

  • 300-400g of pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine work best)
  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of spice)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
