Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
- 300-400g of pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine work best)
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of spice)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
