Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
