The Results
Fast forward to today—my 30th birthday—and I’m proud to say I’ve surpassed my goal of reaching 170 lbs and now weigh 159.4 lbs. The physical benefits are clear—I feel lighter, stronger, and healthier. But the biggest changes have been the emotional ones.
This journey taught me patience, perseverance, and self-love. Losing the weight wasn’t just about the number on the scale—it was about gaining confidence, energy, and a new lease on life.
