Ingredients You’ll Need
For the Base:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese (softened for easy mixing)
- 1 cup (240g) sour cream
- 1 cup (240g) mayonnaise
For the Flavor:
- 2 cups (200g) shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping (Optional):
- 1/2 cup (50g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
