HOW TO MAKE DOUGHNUT

RECIPE:

This makes about 15-20 donuts

352g of plain flour

2 teaspoon yeast

2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine

1 large egg

240ml lukewarm milk

30g of sugar

½ teaspoon of salt

Tip: if you’re using powdered milk, dissolve 3 tablespoonful of the milk in 80ml of water.
