Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Bacon and Beef Mixture

  1. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Once done, remove the bacon pieces and place them on a paper towel to drain, reserving a little bit of the bacon grease in the skillet.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat. Break it up with a spatula until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add Onions and Garlic: Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the beef and cook until the onions are soft, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.
