Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  1. Prepare the meatballs:
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix everything until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter) and set them aside.
  1. Prepare the potatoes:
  • In a separate bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
