MEXICAN CASSEROLE


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish or baking dish to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Cook the Beef and Onions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, coating the beef and onion evenly. Add a few tablespoons of water if needed to help the seasoning distribute.
