Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole


Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain any excess grease, then stir in the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Make the Creamy Cheese Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Layer the Casserole

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of ravioli on top of the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the creamy cheese mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers (sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, mozzarella).
  7. Finish with the remaining meat sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
