Ingredients

For this delicious Philly Cheesesteak Pasta, you’ll need:

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rigatoni work well)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin are perfect, but you can also use ground beef if you prefer)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (green, red, or both)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter option)
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese (or a mix of provolone and mozzarella for extra creaminess)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
