Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • For the Cheese Sauce:
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella for milder flavor)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
