- For the Pasta:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the Cheese Sauce:
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella for milder flavor)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a slight kick
