3. Make the Sauce
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then add the cheese tortellini to the skillet.
- Cook the tortellini in the sauce according to package instructions (usually about 7-8 minutes), stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
4. Add Cheese & Steak
- Once the tortellini is cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly, reduce the heat to low.
- Stir in the provolone and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked steak strips back into the skillet, mixing to coat everything in the cheesy sauce.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
- Garnish with a sprinkle of Parmesan or fresh chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot, alongside a simple salad or some crusty bread.
