Quick and easy meal

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  1. Sauté the Vegetables:
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  1. Combine and Serve:
  • Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss everything together for another minute.
  • Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for extra flavor, if desired.
