1. Preheat and Prepare the Ingredients

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Dice the steak into bite-sized pieces and crumble the sausage. Season the steak lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and sauté them briefly for a crisp texture. Dice the bell peppers and onions as well.

2. Brown the Meat

  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the diced steak briefly until browned but not fully cooked, as it will finish cooking in the oven.
