Tater Tot Casserole


Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
