Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
