  1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
    • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Assemble the Lasagna:
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
    • Layer 3 noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella and provolone, then top with more sauce. Repeat layers two more times.
