Cook noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
Layer 3 noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella and provolone, then top with more sauce. Repeat layers two more times.
Finish with a final layer of noodles, meat sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake:
Cover with foil (spray the foil with nonstick spray to prevent sticking). Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake an additional 20-25 minutes, until bubbling and golden on top.
Rest and Serve:
Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
