Turkish bread

Turkish Bread (Pide)

Ingredients:

  • 7 g (1 packet) instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)
