Vegan and Gluten-Free No-Bake Brownies

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Nut Base:
    • In a food processor, blend the mixed nuts or peanuts until they form a coarse crumb. If you prefer larger chunks for added texture, pulse the nuts to your desired consistency.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana puree with the cocoa powder. Mix well until the cocoa is fully incorporated, and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
    • Stir in the blended nuts, and mix until everything is well combined. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add in the maple syrup or agave syrup, along with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
