4. Combine and Cook
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet.
- Gently stir to distribute the vegetables evenly, but don’t overmix.
- Cook on the stovetop over low heat for 2–3 minutes, allowing the edges to set slightly.
5. Bake to Perfection
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and the center is just set.
- (Optional: In the last 2–3 minutes, sprinkle additional cheese on top and broil for a golden crust.)
6. Serve and Enjoy
- Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm or at room temperature.
